Can I buy my tickets online?
Yes, you can purchase tickets by clicking on the “Get Tickets’ tab or also by clicking on the ‘Buy Tickets’ button.
I can’t find my tickets?
First, please check your spam folder. If they are not there, please email us and we will be able to resend you your order confirmation.
Can I buy tickets at the door even if you are sold out online?
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time online. We do accept walk-ins but on an extremely limited basis and can not guarantee entry to the event since we have capacity limitations.
Where are my photos?
Click on our ‘Get Your Photos’ tab and you will be able to locate your digital photos on that site by going to the date you attended the event and finding your last name. If there are any issues, please email photosatwonderland@gmail.com and allow 48-72 hours for a response.
Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Parking is free and there is plenty of it.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, there is a hallway in the Vendor Market leading to the back of the building where we have a heated trailer with 3 bathroom stalls and also we have 1 ADA restroom.
Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes, the entire event is handicap accessible.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards.
Do I have to wait in line if I purchased tickets online?
Yes, you will need to visit our ticket booths on arrival to scan your digital tickets and be checked in.
How long does it take to go through the event?
Typically, two hours depending on how many people are there and how long you spend with characters, at the attractions, and with vendors.
Can I bring my cell phone?
Yes, you can, however, we ask that the flash is turned off so it does not disturb others from enjoying the event.
Does your event serve or allow alcoholic beverages?
No, this is a family-friendly event.
Are you still open if it is raining or snowing?
Yes, the event is indoors. If there is a severe weather emergency, the event will be forced to close, in which case our Facebook and Instagram pages will inform you.
