Wintertime Wonderland is an immersive holiday experience in which our guests can walk through a magical holiday wonderland! Here they can take photos with iconic characters, such as an Ice Princess, The Grinch, and of course Santa Claus, they can enjoy multiple amusement park-style rides, carnival games, face-painting, balloon twisting, and so much more!
We are looking for energetic and positive individuals to join our team in a multitude of roles, such as cashiers, general customer service specialists, Santa’s helper elves, and photographers/assistants.
In addition to this, we are also looking for some specific characters such as an Ice Princess, backups for Mrs. Clause, backups for The Grinch, and an extra Santa Clause!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to guests and families
- Provide information about the photos, rides, and games
- Properly wear and maintain a holiday costume that will be provided to you
- Make sure everyone has a fantastic and magical experience while at Wintertime Wonderland.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to converse with families and children.
- An energetic and upbeat attitude and demeanor.
- A love for the holiday spirit.
